一、拾得遺失物處理
I. Handling of Found Items

在飯店館內拾得之遺留物,可交由本飯店櫃檯,將由櫃檯填寫遺留物登記表。
Items found within the hotel premises may be handed to the Front Desk, where a Lost & Found Registration Form will be completed. -
在飯店範圍外所有人不明之遺留物,由拾得人自行交由警察機關依法處理。
Items found outside the hotel premises with unknown ownership must be delivered directly to the police by the finder, in accordance with the law.
二、旅客遺落遺失物處理

旅客於本飯店館內遺留物品時,可洽詢客服電話 (05-227-5579),請求協助尋找。
If a guest leaves behind an item in the hotel, please contact our Customer Service at +886-5-227-5579 for assistance.
三、遺失物認領
III. Claiming Lost Items

旅客認領遺失物時須攜帶身分證件,證明其為遺留物之所有人並確切描述遺失物之外型特徵,以確認遺失人為遺失物之原失主,待確認完畢,請填寫「遺留物登記表」相關資料後簽收。
Guests claiming lost items must present valid identification and provide an accurate description of the item to confirm ownership. After verification, the guest must complete and sign the Lost & Found Registration Form. -
若認領人非所有人本人,須持有認領人本人及所有人之身分證明文件,始得辦理遺留物領回手續。
If the claimant is not the owner, both the claimant’s and the owner’s identification documents are required to complete the collection process.

本飯店依法令及相關規定處理遺留物,不負遺留物損害賠償及保管責任。
The hotel will handle lost items in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and shall not be held liable for any damage to or loss of such items.

一般物品(如衣物、雨傘、日常用品等)
於保存期限內,本館可協助郵寄(運費由收件人支付)。
📌 本館依台灣警政署規定:

行李箱若為「上鎖狀態」,不得自行開啟,必須完整送交警方處理。

所有貴重物品將於發現當日送交警局備案。

Dear Valued Guest,
If you accidentally leave behind any items at our hotel, please note the following rules to protect your rights and safety:

Valuable items (e.g., passports, wallets, mobile phones, laptops, jewelry, cash, etc.)
For safety and liability reasons, our hotel cannot provide mailing service.
You may choose to:
- Collect in person at the hotel (valid ID required, with signed record).
- Collect at the designated police station where the item has been delivered (with official police record). -
General items (e.g., clothing, umbrellas, personal care items, etc.)
Within the retention period, the hotel may assist with mailing (shipping fee to be paid by recipient).
📌 According to the National Police Agency (Taiwan):

Locked luggage must not be opened by the hotel and will be directly handed over to the police.

All valuable items will be delivered to the police station on the same day they are found.

拾得遺失物招領於公告後 6 個月內,可透過線上認領,或攜帶 國民身分證、本人印章 至發文單位認領。

拾得人欲領回遺失物,須於公告後 3 個月內,攜帶 國民身分證、本人印章 至發文單位認領。

如有冒領情形,須 自負法律責任。
